The workshop will enable you to get the very best quality images from your RAW files and include many time-saving techniques that will greatly reduce the need for post-production work. In effect this amounts to less time spent at the computer giving more time to spend behind the camera!
Although sample files are available for the workshop we would encourage you to bring some of your own RAW files as these can be a real aid to learning the software and fine-tuning it to your own requirements. You are welcome to bring along a laptop.
Refreshments and a light lunch are provided.

- Tailoring the software to your own workflow
- White balancing and colour accuracy
- Colour editing in RAW format
- Creating your own styles
- High dynamic range & clipping
- Correcting highlight & shadow detail
- Controlling film curves
- New optical correction tools including support for 35mm lenses
- Optimising lens corrections and dust removal using the Universal Lens Calibrator
- Light fall off and vignetting controls
- Cropping & horizon correction
- Sharpening, noise reduction, clarity & spot removal
- Meta data (key wording)
- Output: 8bit, 16bit & colour space
